Q I HAVE encountered WSup.exe and its two slaves WToolsA.exe and WToolsB.dll. I apparently allowed these spyware/adware bugs into my system piggybacked on an eDonkey2000 installation. Norton's Anti Virus flags them as spyware/adware but is unable to delete them. Do you know of a safe utility that will halt and delete them?
